Insurance
You will be fully insured to umpire ANY game within Hampshire (or for Hampshire affiliated clubs). Your club can only insure you to umpire their club games.
Rule Changes
All members receive a rule book whenever they are published and guidance on changes in rule interpretations.
HHUA Support
You will have support from HHUA if you have any issues in games (a red card for example) or just questions about umpiring or where to go next. If you want to take appointments we can help, but even if you don’t, we will support you.
HHUA Network
You have not only the HHUA website but also the full HHUA network of umpires to provide you with information about any umpiring related issue.

Welcome to the news section, I'm Lia Waine, the new Hockey Administrator for Hampshire Hockey Association. This news section will provide information on all the Junior Club & School Competitions and the Junior Leagues along with details of coaching courses and other courses running in the county or by EHB.
The next Level 2 Coaching Course in the South is taking place in Crawley, Sussex during April. For more information please contact the EHB South Office - south@englandhockey.co.uk. Coaching Hampshire & IOW offers a coaching bursary for up to 75% of the cost of a L2 course. For information on this please visit their website: www.coachinghampshireiow.co.uk and look at the funding section.
The Hampshire round of the National Club In2Hockey Competitions (previously known as Mini Hockey) for the U10 and U12 age groups will be taking place on Sunday 4th and Sunday 18th March respectively. Entry forms will be sent to Junior Prime Contacts shortly.
The Hampshire round of the National School In2Hockey Competitions for the U11 age group will be taking place on 21st Feb and the U13 age group on 1st March.
